Brandi Pratt is certainly the best in the business, she is beyond amazing. We wanted to move from Orange County out to the LaQuinta area and Brandi came highly recommended. We met her out in La Quinta and she patiently took us through homes on 2 different weekends. She had done her homework on the available inventory and our preferences. She found one that we fell in love with on just our second trip out to find homes. We wrote an offer immediately, and in a sellers market where buyers were bidding and there were multiple offers on homes, she positioned us attractively and we closed below asking. She was there every step of the way. And a first that I’ve never heard of; our decorator was in our new house a few days before we could get out there and her goal was to to start to set things up. She felt ill one evening, and Brandi and her husband drove to pick her up and let her stay at their house overnight and provided her with juice, water, food etc. Absolutely above and beyond. I highly recommend Brandi Pratt. She is an excellent communicator and immediately answered all of my calls, or texted to tell me she would call right back, which she did. Also, with Covid affecting the delivery timing of packages, some arrived at the new house before escrow closed. She immediately went to the property and loaded them in her car and kept them in her garage until we closed escrow, then she brought them all back over to the new house. I can’t say enough about her, her husband and their entire team. She is an extremely hard worker, highly organized, professional, and will definitely be my representation for any future real estate transactions in the LaQuinta area or the entire Coachella Valley.
